An adventurous FGCU grad, Phil merges his passion for music with a vibrant community vibe, rocking the education scene as the Director of Bands at Lemon Bay High School and lighting up the stage as Director of Music Ministries at Lighthouse United Methodist Church in Boca Grande. 

Kicking it with award-winning ensembles and elevating his community through electrifying church music, he’s more than just a mentor; he’s a true catalyst for creativity. When he’s not shaping young talent, you’ll find him tearing it up across Southwest Florida as a pianist, organist, and trumpeter, collaborating with local legends like the Boogiemen. 

With a backdrop that includes thrilling gigs at Walt Disney World, Philip channels that energy, flair, and soul into the Green Flash sound, bringing a fresh, dynamic edge to every note he plays.

Shannon Coe, Kelly McDonald, and Natalie Edens—better known as The Ettes—are the secret weapon of the band.
